Ingredients: Nettle, Oat straw, Lemon balm, Strawberry powder, LOVE
Our herbal ingredients are: Certified organic, ethically wild-crafted or local holistically grown using organic bio-dynamic and permaculture growing principals. All of our teas are vegan and contain no gluten, wheat, soy or corn.
To prepare: 1 level to 1 heaping teaspoon of loose tea to 1 cup of water per serving. Place tea in tea bag and place in cup. Poor hot water over tea bag and let steep 7-10 minutes. For a more robust flavor steep 10-15 minutes. Drink as desired.
