Ingredients: Chamomile (Matricaria recutita), Skullcap (Scutellaria lateriflora), Holy Basil (Ocimum tenuiflorum), Cinnamon (Cinnamomum cassia) , Sarsaparilla (Aralia nudicaulis), Passionflower (Passiflora incarnata), LOVE
Our herbal ingredients are: Certified organic, ethically wild-crafted or local holistically grown using organic bio-dynamic and permaculture growing principals. All of our teas are vegan and contain no gluten, wheat, soy or corn.
To prepare: 1 level to 1 heaping teaspoon of loose tea to 1 cup of water per serving. Place tea in tea bag and place in cup. Poor hot water over tea bag and let steep 7-10 minutes. For a more robust flavor steep 10-15 minutes. Drink as desired. This is a perfect tea to make by the quart and sip on throughout the day. Each 4oz/vol jar offers roughly 14 servings of tea for you to enjoy.
Note: Some people find that passion flower is too relaxing during the day and would rather keep this tasty brew for the evenings.
