Ingredients: Holy Basil Ocimum tenuiflorum , Rosemary Rosmarinus officinalis, Ginger Zingiber officinalis, Cinnamon Cinnamomum burmannii, Darjeeling Black Tea Camellia sinensis, Cardamom Elettaria cardamomum, Nutmeg Myristica fragans, Clove Syzygium aromaticum, Vanilla bean Vanilla planifolia, LOVE
Our herbal ingredients are: Certified organic, ethically wild-crafted or local holistically grown using organic bio-dynamic and permaculture growing principals. All of our teas are vegan and contain no gluten, wheat, soy or corn.
To prepare: 1 level to 1 heaping teaspoon of loose tea to 1 cup of water per serving. Place tea in tea bag and place in cup. Poor hot water over tea bag and let steep 7-10 minutes. For a more robust flavor steep 10-15 minutes. Drink as desired. This is a prefect tea to make by the quart and sipped on throughout the day.
